A listed explorer with very promising international greenfields REE projects currently seeks a Senior Exploration Geologist on an initial fixed term contract basis following exceptional early stage results.

Reporting to the Exploration Manager, incumbents will be responsible for planning and delivery of regional exploration programs, including mentoring & training national geologists, drilling supervision, core logging, interpretation & reporting, assisting in stakeholder management,and much more.

This opportunity is offered on an attractive expat FIFO roster from anywhere in the world to the company's projects in safe, stable, mining-friendly jurisdictions. Lucrative remuneration and incentives are provided among one of the most well-positioned REE explorers in the game. Permanent employment will be offered following solid performance during the initial fixed term contract period.

Ideally, you will be a Senior Exploration Geologist (e.g. 6+ years post grad experience), with a strong track record in greenfields/regional metalliferous exploration and resource definition. Previous international/expat experience is not required, but cultural sensitivity, resilience and adaptability are essential.
