A well-funded exploration company with high quality projects in the New England region of NSW currently seeks to appoint an Exploration Manager. With an IPO planned for later 2026, this is a pivotal time for the company as it embarks on exponential growth following ballooning demand for their key commodities.

This newly created permanent role will report to the MD and take responsibility for establishing the company's exploration office, recruiting and developing the exploration team, planning and delivering field programs, permits of work & approvals, stakeholder management and community engagement.

With a high profile board in place and investors begging to be involved, this is a unique opportunity to join a rising star at a pivotal juncture. This role will ideally operate on a residential basis in the New England region, e.g. Armidale, Tamworth, etc. An attractive remuneration package is offered, including lucrative incentives and relocation if required.

As the ideal candidate, your geology career to date will include significant base & precious metals exploration experience and a successful track record in Senior Exploration Geo or Exploration Manager appointments. You will have proven ability to design and deliver effective resource definition programs, manage stakeholders and build high performing teams.
