After securing highly prospective copper-gold projects and significant funding, a recently established explorer focused on the Indo-Pacific seeks to appoint an Exploration Manager.

In this newly created, long-term opportunity, you'll be responsible for:

• supervising a diverse exploration team including contractors
• ensuring safe & compliant delivery of exploration programs
• planning and execution of major field programs
• geological interpretation & modelling
• data management
• HSEC
• and more

Offered on a permanent basis, you'll enjoy operating on an attractive expat FIFO roster from anywhere in Australia, NZ or South-East Asia. Alternatively, residential in-country is a great option if you appreciate the tropics and minimising travel enjoy your downtime sipping pina coladas on white sandy beaches, or scuba dive numerous world-class sites (global top 10!). A lucrative remuneration package including great incentives is provided.

As the ideal candidate, you will be an experienced Exploration Manager with a successful track record in copper-gold exploration (e.g. 12+ years post-graduate experience), with substantial experience in epithermal & porphyry systems. Your successful career incorporates hands-on field leadership, technical excellence, and the ability to deliver effective programs in remote and challenging locations.
