A very well funded junior explorer with a diverse and highly prospective suite of greenfields critical minerals projects that enjoy fantastic nearology currently seeks a General Manager - Exploration.

Reporting to the Executive Director, in this newly created permanent role you will drive exploration strategy, business development, reporting & compliance, stakeholder management, support investor relations and much more. A clear progression pathway is provided for the incumbent to progress to CEO making this an ideal opportunity for a respected exploration leader to step towards CEO/MD.

Based in Perth, you’ll typically work Monday – Friday with ad hoc travel as required. You'll enjoy executing successful exploration on some of Australia's hottest projects and presenting the compelling story & results to the market. As the ideal candidate, you will be an experienced exploration leader with a successful track record managing successful regional exploration for critical minerals, demonstrated communication & corporate development skills. You'll be well connected in the Perth market, capable of multi-tasking within junior company environments, with a passion to lead an emerging junior explorer on the cusp of great things.
