Principal Mechnical Engineer

With an enviable reputation in delivering innovative and robust Process Engineering design and construction solutions to the mining and resources industry, this WA-based organisation is going from strength to strength. Rapidly expanding their client list and projects across base and battery metals, they are now looking to add a Principal Mechanical Engineer to their growing team.

I this high-profile role, you will lead and manage all aspects of the consultation and design within your assigned a portfolio of projects. You will take on responsibility for project managing the full life-cycle from client brief through to handover, managing and mentoring your direct team as well as drawing on the immense skill set across the organisation – ensuring the project gets delivered on spec and on time.

This role will suit a highly experienced Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer with significant experience in Project Management and mechanical design. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing will be essential, as will your ability to demonstrate your effective communication and team management skills.

The Head Office is based in Perth, but with regional sites across WA we welcome applications from across the state, as well as interstate candidates looking to relocate – be it to Perth or regionally.

Working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver feasibility studies on a range of minerals processing designs and optimisation solutions on projects both here in Australia and internationally, this is a role you should get excited about.
