A well-funded ASX listed exploration and development company with an outstanding suite of Aussie battery metals projects, largely Ni sulphides, currently seeks to appoint an Exploration Manager.

Following the rapid growth of the business, this role has been newly created to take the reins from the group's highly regarded team of consulting geologists. In addition to exploration strategy and operational leadership of the exploration team, this role will assume a substantial focus on project generation and business development to further the group's already major portfolio.

Based in Perth, travel will be required on an ad hoc basis. You'll be working with a highly regarded leadership team and enjoy a highly prospective project portfolio, along with substantial investor support for this 'market darling'. A lucrative remuneration package with attractive incentives is provided.

Ideally, you will be a proven Exploration Manager with an extensive and successful background in Ni exploration coupled with business development and leadership skills.
